Jersey Giants are an very large breed that lays jumbo eggs. They are known for their great size, fair foraging availability, and good production of brown eggs. They have glossy plumage, skin is yellow, & shanks are dark, with large wattles & a straight comb. They weigh from 9-12 pounds. The hens should set.

We are sold out of the Jersey Giant until Fall 2009, and will ship them throughout the hatching season. We usually sell out of them before summer, it is a good idea to order before January for this breed.
