We guarantee our birds to be healthy and free of disease at time of sale. We do not claim our birds are show quality, although many of our customers report show wins. Juvenile birds ship at 2-20 weeks of age, and price varies with age and quality. If you are looking for birds with show potential, feel free to give us a call & request pricing! Our stock is selected for vigor, hardiness, production, and conformation to the standard. Normally several different strains are kept of one breed to avoid inbreeding. We will replace, credit, or refund, at our discretion, losses during shipping, and if you are not satisfied with your order, we will do our best to remedy it to your satisfaction. We are not responsible for birds or hatching eggs once they leave the premises, if damage occurs during shipping, you will need to file postal claim form 1000 with your postmaster. All shipments are shipped via the United Sates Postal Service, and shipments with a high level of risk and/or value, such as mandarin ducklings,  will go by overnight express mail, usually to be delivered the following day before noon. Our birds are bred for farmstead quality first, so if you are looking for elite show birds, be sure to request the special pricing. We are sure you will be pleased with the quality of your new birds!
